Mr. Ifti Karuddin is a hospitality certificate holder in Australia and attained Master of Arts in Arabic literature from University of Riyadh from Saudi Arabia. Ifti was a popular teacher of Arabic in Saudi Arabia and Fiji. Ifti is also a marriage celebrant and justice of peace in Australia. Over all Ifti is a community leader and he speaks various languages such as English, Arabic, Malay, Hindi, Urdu and Tamil. Because of multilingual ability Ifti can understand the taste, culture and food habits of a variety of people such as in Australia. With such an emphasis for a multicultural Australian society, Ifti believes that the customers will have a new and culturally different experience in Nila. He has excellent restaurant management ability and he is planning for a big Nila Restaurant Catering Chain in Australia. Ifti always plan for high dinner volume in all his stores and this completely take away the waiting period of customers.
